Project Settings covers everything that governs a project itself, rather than the content inside it - who can access it, how it handles multiple locales, and how outside systems connect to it.

Project - Name, default locale, and other project-level basics.
Localization - Configure the locales content can be created in.
Users & Roles - Invite collaborators and control what they can do.
API Access - Issue and revoke Content API tokens.
Webhooks - Get notified when content changes.
