Media Library

The Media Library holds every image, video, and file uploaded to a project, independent of any single collection entry. A Media Asset field references an item from the library rather than storing a file inline, so the same upload can be reused across many entries.

Uploading

Upload from the dashboard's Media Library, or programmatically through the Content API's media endpoints with a token that has the create ability. Each upload can carry an optional caption, editable later without re-uploading the file.

File size limits

Uploads are capped per project (20 MB by default) - a request over the limit is rejected before the file is stored. Ask your VeroXM administrator if a project needs a higher ceiling.

Searching and paging

Both the dashboard and the Content API's GET media endpoint support a text search filter (matched against captions and filenames) and page-based pagination, so large libraries stay usable without loading every asset at once.
