Content

Content entries are individual records created against a collection's fields - one entry per blog post, product, or team member, for example.

Draft and publish

Every entry has a publication state. A newly created entry starts as a draft; publishing sets its publish timestamp and makes it visible to Content API requests by default. Unpublishing (or never publishing) keeps an entry out of normal API responses - it's only returned when a request explicitly asks for draft content via the state parameter.

Locales

If a project has more than one locale configured (see Localization), an entry can have a separate variant per locale. A Content API request with no locale parameter matches the project's default locale (plus any untagged legacy rows); an explicit locale matches only that locale, with no fallback.

AI assistance

Draftable fields (Text, Long Text, Email) can be drafted, summarized, or translated with VeroXM's built-in AI tools directly from the content editor, rather than writing every field by hand.
